Heath Hill continue to struggle with life in Division 1, again with so many players unavailable, the manager was forced to draft in recruits. During the first six games of the season the side have now used 30 different players and it shows.
This Saturday it started well when Heath Hill were awarded a fortuitous penalty in the first minute, but unfortunately Tassa picked a bad time to miss his first one from the spot. Within minutes Heath Hill were a goal behind, a Dynamo midfielder struck a fine shot from the edge of the box and beat MacDonald in goal (who should have done better)
Dynamo had several chances to extend their lead but were denied by some good saves from the Heath Hill keeper. About 20 minutes in, good work down the Dynamo right led to their second of the game, a good cross and an excellent finish.
Heath Hill pulled one back through Tassa after good work from Ugiagbe. Just before the break Dynamo made it 3-1, Robinson miss controlled on the halfway line and the striker lobbed the advancing keeper.
Soon after half time it was 4-1 as Dynamo took control and then it was 5-1 soon after. Ugiagbe pulled a couple back late on for Heath Hill but defensive errors led to Dynamo adding two more themselves before the finish.
Full credit to the guy’s who played today but in fairness we were well beaten by a very good Dynamo side.
Looking forward, Heath Hill need to have a good turn out at training this week as we look to stop the rot. Level heads are needed and a positive attitude.
No-one thought this league was going to be easy and it’s not, we need more commitment from players and more effort in order to turn things around. Saturday was a start now let’s continue with a win in the cup this weekend.
